Water Kefir!

Bring home your own fizzy probiotic drink and starter for future batches!

Thursday, September 6th from 7-8:30pm

Cost: $20 if you bring your own 1 qt and 2 qt jars, $30 to buy the 2 Fido jars I will supply  (see photo)

This is a hands-on class, we will learn the ins and outs of these little creatures.  You will take home a few tablespoons of healthy grains as a new starter, and your own batch of finished kefir that you put together.  Feel free to bring any ingredients from your garden or pantry, like fresh or dried fruit, a handful of herbs, fresh juice, or anything else you can think of.  I will have several options on hand.  Class size is limited to 10 people, so please contact us to reserve your spot.  Let us know if you’ll be bringing your own jars, or if you would like two of the Fido jars.
